Refund policy

At Thea’s This & That, every item is made with care, and many of our products are made to order or personalized especially for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Incorrect size, color, wording, or other option selected by the customer
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Minor cosmetic variations that are normal with handmade or 3D-printed items

3D-Printed Items

Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor layer lines, seams, surface variations, or slight differences in color may be present. These are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, filament batches, or material variations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

If the item is determined to have been damaged during shipping or an error was made by Thea’s This & That, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once design work, personalization, printing, cutting, assembly, or other production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error by Thea’s This & That or an item damaged in transit.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please carefully review all names, spelling, colors, sizes, and personalization details before submitting your order.

Thea’s This & That is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct it if production has not already begun.
